emblem from prussian pouch

This is my first post in the forum.I'm looking for information on this emblem. Probably it comes from the Prussian pouch of XIX century beginnings
Things are quite heavy cast.

This doesn't look like a Prussian military emblem for me, but I may be wrong.

The material seems to be iron ? Can you give us the dimensions ?

material is bronze or brass. dimensions approximately 5cm/6cm
