You are indeed correct. The title of the plate should be

Urzędnik zdrowie naszelny - Medical Officer.

I made a poor assumption! It would appear there are more than 10 plates in the Sauerwied (Rittner) Polish set as listed on page 610 of

Zolnierzpolski ubior uzbrojenie i oporzadzenie. Od1797 do 1814 roku. Warszawa:1964.

Generał brygady,
Adiutant sztabu generalnego,
Adiutant naczelnego wodza,
Adiutant generała,
Sierżant grenadierów 2. pułku piechoty,
Komendant placu,
Pułkownik korpusu weteranów,
Weteran i grenadier warszawskiej gwardii narodowej.

I have located another as yet unmentioned set of these plates:

Sauerweid, Alexander. Costumes de l'armée polonaise: Abgebildet von Alexander Sauerweid & hrsg. von H. Rittner. Dresden, 1813.

An enquiry has already been sent. I will provided any details here on the Forum that I might receive.

Sauerweid Polnische Uniformen

Hallo,

es sind sehr interessante Tafeln.

Der Sanitätsoffizier auf Tafel 51 wurde bereits identifiziert.

Auf Tafel 31 handelt es sich um einen Adjoint ( polnisch: Adjunkt ) des Generalstabs ( so steht es unter der Tafel ).

Auf Tafel 41 ist ein Adjudant commandant ( polnisch: Adiutant Komendant - so steht es auch unter der Tafel ) dargestellt. Es ist kein Adjoint.

Auf Tafel 44 müßte es sich um einen Adc eines kommandierenden Generals oder Marschalls handeln ( weiße Armbinde ). Wenn es Poniatowskis Adjutant sein soll, so darf er zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr Brigadegeneral ( hier wäre die Armbinde blau ) gewesen sein, wie auf Tafel 28 dargestellt.

The Stockholm Kungl. biblioteket has a set with 13 plates, with titles in Polish and French. I await answers to new questions I recently sent to them.

Information from latest response:

The plates are labeled both in Polish and in French.

Here are 2 more titles. I'm not sure if they are in your list (pardon my Polish spelling):

Officer od Gwardyi Cesarza Napoleona (Officier des Lanciers de la Garde);

Podpolkownik Krakusow (Lieutenant Colonel des Krakus, ou Cosaque Polonais).

And there is also a letter from Comte ?. Krusinskoz? attached to the volume.
