    Brunswick artillery, 1809 & 1815

I have a number of sets of questions about the Brunswick forces, predominantly in the 1809 and 1815 campaigns, which I hope someone on here can either answer or direct me to where I am most likely to find the information I am looking for.

    - Whose regulations did the artillery use (a) in 1809 and (b) in 1815? I am aware that in 1809 the guns etc were provided by the Austrians, but recall reading that the training was given by Prussian officers - was this done using the regulations that those officers were most familiar with?

    - What colour were the gun carriages and supporting vehicles (a) in 1809 and (b) in 1815? Would all the ancillary vehicles (eg supply, medical, food wagons/carts) have been the same colour? I assume that the 1809 equipment would be in Austrian colours, having been supplied direct from one of the fortresses not long before the War of the Fifth Coalition broke out; however, for the 1815 campaign I have read:-
    (1) French/Westphalian/Dutch "Gribeauval green" (Summerfield, who insists that the items were not repainted after purchase, which I think implausible given that they were bought in early 1814),
    (2) "grey" (Bayer-Pegau, who seems to be pretty accurate in most other details; also the painting of Captain Orges defending his guns at Waterloo from cuirassiers; and the 1850 depiction of a supply wagon and a selection of all Brunswick troop types in the Landesmuseum) and
    (3) "Prussian mid-blue" (this was on a wargaming site whose address I have since lost, but he was using French guns, so it bears consideration at least).

    - In 1809, the train drivers appear to have been an integral part of the "Riding Battery" wearing a similar uniform to the gunners (please feel free to correct that if it is not the case); however, in 1815, the train drivers wore the grey uniform, but is that true of both the foot and horse artillery units? The Mon St Jean website has the Riding Battery drivers in an almost identical uniform to the gunners, but the Foot Battery drivers in the grey/brown uniform; I think both sets of drivers wore the grey Train uniform - thoughts?

    Any help gratefully received!
