I'll write here again, but if you have any excerpts or the full version, or know where I can order a copy or the original in printed form, please let me know.

I'm an artist who draw pictures about the 1806 camapaign, and I've been searching for the full version of this work for four years now, and I've been ignored by almost everyone I've contacted, including reenactors, organizations, and others.

I really hope someone can help, I will be extremely grateful to you for any information.

From the online information there are circa 250 pages (mostly illustrations). The Kunstbibliothek - Staatliche Museen zu Berlin has a copy that can be consulted.

Apparently the original was produced in 6 parts but the copy that can be consulted is in 10 parts. Information extracted from: Uniforms of the Prussian Army from 1787 to 1806/07 - arthistoricum.net - Catalogue

Das Werk ist zwar nicht schlecht, ersetzt aber weder den Doeppler, Kling, Jany und dergleichen.

Prince of Essling, Thanks for the information, but I've already contacted them, and yes, they do have it, but due to copyright, it can't be scanned or photographed in its entirety. It's also simply too large—250 pages, plus the high cost of photocopies, which certainly complicates everything. I'm trying to negotiate with them about all this, but again, there's no guarantee of success.

HKDW, thats is a fair remark, but nevertheless this work is extremely interesting and useful in studying this period.

Firstly, they actually cited their sources in the prefaces before the illustrations themselves and discussed important details regarding certain changes in the uniform if I remember correctly.

Secondly, I'm still writing to various organizations about that publication, but unfortunately, no one has been able to help. Again, only the Kunstbibliothek Berlin has this work, but I'll write to several more archives that may have it too. Nevertheless, if I find anything new, or even the entire work, I'll definitely publish it here, as I believe disseminating knowledge in an accessible form is important. Considering that Klaus-Peter Merta had access to original exhibits from that era, it can be said that some details, such as patterns for officer uniforms, musicians' uniforms for regiments nr. 56 - nr. 60, as well as details for artillery and technical troops uniforms, are still interesting, although the materials I have already seen shows that there are many minor inaccuracies in the work, especially concerning the hussars and others.

As for new materials, the only thing I haven't uploaded yet are photos of artillery. I received them through a former friend, whom I unfortunately no longer speak with. He, in turn, was able to obtain them from a reenactor.

Overall, it's a shame that I'm probably not being taken seriously, as many belive that this work is poor in terms of accuracy. Nevertheless, four years of searching continue, so yes, if you have any details, you can send them here as well. I certainly wouldn't mind. If you have the full version of this work, please contact me personally.
