Uniforms of the Dragoner-Regiment Nr. 9 Graf von Herzberg?

Hallo, I have a couple of questions about the regiment mentioned, specifically about the exact state of the regiment uniforms in 1806, especially for the musicians.

I found several publicly available sources, including information that their uniforms were red, but there's little confirmation of this. From my personal collection, I only have a book with lists from 1806, which contains scant information and is sometimes difficult to translate. I'll try to attach my own and publicly available images as a files.

Kling, like those who copied him (Ortenburg, Richard Knoetel, and others), depicted tall plumes, while many portraits from that time, as well as works by Doepler and Schiavonetti (in the image of a private from the Cuirassiers Regiment Nr.10, who for some reason still wears the old uniform, please let me know if you know the answer to this question as well) have short plumes. Is this because many squadrons simply didn't receive the new plumes until the 1806 campaign due to insufficient supplies or other reasons?
