[Prince of Essling]

On TMP I have begun posting a series of topics dealing with Drill Manuals & Regulations. I have cross posted this to The Napoleonic Wars Forum.

Each post is for a particular country or state to avoid cross-contamination of regulations. The items linked in each topic cover more than the Revolutionary and Napoleonic eras. France is now included.

Currently working on Baden, Brunswick, Hesse, Prussia, Saxony, Sweden, Warsaw, Piedmont/Sardinia, Naples, Italy, USA, Ottoman Empire & Miscellaneous (i.e. where items do not fit neatly into other countries/states or do not merit a topic themselves due to lack of material e.g. Hamburg).

My next contribution will be for Poland. This will cover the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Duchy of Warsaw and the Kingdom of Poland (Congress of Poland). Fingers crossed it will be posted this weekend .

Mäntler, Stuttgart 1812 , it doesn’t seem to work for me? It directs me to the Napoleon series homepage. Instead of a viewable PDF.

Apologies Schwich as having just reviewed my notes it is clear that I made an error in the Wurttemberg listing.

I should have included the words "no sign of a viewable copy." agaionst Instruktions-Punkte für den Königlich Württembergischen General-Stab: dessen Dienst im Felde betreffend.Mäntler, Stuttgart 1812. There is a hard copy available to be consulted at Universitätsbibliothek Technische Universität München The link back to Napoleon Series was for me to do some further reviewing of the archives .

Once again please accept my apologies for this error.

Das hier ist kein "Exerzierregiment für die Infanterie in Potsdam" (falsche Identifikation durch die Bibliothek), sondern die Rang-Rolle des Regiments zu Pferde Prinz Wilhelm (1806: Kürassier-Regiment von Beeren, K2) von 1743.
