Re-entry to these hallowed halls of history...

Re-entry to these hallowed halls of history... ok, really I'm just asking.
I've scoured several of the themes available (Army/ Wars etc.) but not seen a 'general' discussion area on the forum itself. Is that here?
Ive a very strong, lifetime long, interest in history but for 30 years now have concentrated on Napoleonics, French and later specific enemies.

I have some comments about and perhaps contributions about various Forums topics- such as Moreau for instance; persuing the theme of his successes and management. I've held a copy of his memoirs for 40 years, published in 1814 in England and notiting his last words, letter and comments of his wife after his unfortunate death.

But should I open up old topics or merely add my own current versions of information?

    Regards, davew

    Hi Dave,

if your newer opinions or information suits to older topics, of course you should "re-open" the discussion by adding your comments to the older thread. If no thread suits, just open a new one.
